• If I am a Foreigner, can I purchase a Property?
  

  A  - Yes. To be able to purchase a Property you need to do it through a Trust as a physical person, or acquiring a Mexican business.

• What do I have to do to save a Property from being purchased?
  

  A  - Residential Property, it can be saved with a deposit of $1,000 USD; and a Condominium or a Condo-Hotel, it can be saved with a deposit of $3,000 USD. If the purchase process is not successful, the deposit will be returned.

• Which is the smallest Residential Property that you offer?
  

  A  - A land of 437.500 square meters, with a cost of $ 110,000 USD.

• What do the Properties face?
  

  A  - North, they face the land of the same developer; south, owned land; west, Playa del Carmen’s boulevard, and east, the Fifth Avenue.

• What are the measurements of the Properties?
  

  A  - Residential Properties are 437 to 680 square feet. Condominiums are 1,100 to 2,950 square feet; and Condo-hotels are 2,310 to 5,150 square feet.

• How much does the square feet costs?
  

  A  - An average of $265 USD from the price list.

• What kind of Properties do you have?
  

  A  - A Residential development with areas for residential homes, condominiums, commercial and condo-hotel lots.

• Are there any Building Restrictions?
  

  A  - Yes, there are Building Regulations that must be followed for the authorization of each project.

• In how much time can I pay off a Property?
  

  A  - Through a Financial Plan with our Company, up to 1 to 5 years with interest rates of 5% to 7% over credit.

• What are the requirements for purchasing a Property?
  

  A  - You will need to present your Official ID, Bank documentation or Commercial referrals.

• Do you have any special Promotions or Discounts?
  

  A  - Yes. We offer a 15% Discount when paid in cash. 10% discount when choosing a 6-month financial plan without interest, and 30% deposit. During February of 2009, we offer a special promotion with Exchange Rate at $11.00 USD for payments made in US Dollars. Please contact us for more information regarding this promotion.

• How many Properties does this Project include?
  

  A  - Includes a total of 187 Properties.

• What kind of Financial Plans do you have?
  

  A  - Through a Financial Plan with our Company, up to1 to 5 years with interest rates of 5% to 7% over credit.

• How much time do I have to cover the Deposit?
  

  A  - When signing the Contract, you can cover it in 2 payments.

• What is the period of time for the Financial Plan?
  

  A  - Up to1 to 5 years.

• Do you offer all Services?
  

  A  - Yes. Our Water, Electricity, Sewer and Phone services are located underground.

• What is the procedure of purchasing a Property?
  

  A  - Once the terms are accepted, a deposit must be payed and a Contract is signed.
  When finishing paying the lot, the Registration of the Property to the owner’s name is the next step.

  A  Through our Web site, e-mail or by phone. The documentation must be delivered though DHL, and the payments can be wire transfers to our Company’s bank account.

• Where do I make the Payment to save a Property from being purchased?
  

  A  -Through the bank account of our Company.

• Do you have a bank account?
  

  A  - Yes, we have bank accounts in USD and Mexican Pesos.

• How long do you take to deliver the Property once purchased?
  

  A  - Immediately.

• How can I be sure everything is legally in order?
  

  A  - The Company STEWART TITLE, will provide all the legal security.
